Nicolas John

Nicolas John is a Chicago native who earned his BFA from the School of the Art Institute with an emphasis in photography, design, and architecture. His work is published in internationally reputable photography, design, and architectural magazines. His keen eye for design allows him to be a connoisseur of interior design, fine art, and, most importantly, properties with potential. 

Every day, Nicolas searches the entire MLS for new listings and market trends (he clicks on EVERY listing), so his finger is always on the pulse of what is happening in the market and submarkets, respectfully. Whatever you may be searching for, Nicolas will find it. 

Nicolas and his fiancée, Alyssa, own a historic live/work loft in Printer's Row with their rescue cat, Penelope Elouise, where he actively assists the homeowner's association on various building/community projects.
