Nicole is a 3rd generation Realtor with a passion for helping people find their perfect place in the world. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, she inherited a heart for service with valuable industry knowledge and proudly guides clients through the home buying and selling process alongside her parents on their renowned team, Team Lyle & Grace, at Compass—San Diego’s #1 Real Estate Brokerage. Nicole is dedicated to empowering the next generation to break free from the renting cycle and build financial security through homeownership. A standout moment in her career was being honored with the prestigious 30 Under 30 Award in Real Estate.

Before launching her professional career, Nicole devoted over 18 years of her life to competitive cheerleading, achieving her childhood dream with a gold medal at the 2013 Cheerleading World Championship. She went on to cheer collegiately at San Diego State University and later transferred to Northern Arizona University, where she became an active member of Alpha Phi Sorority and Sweetheart of Sigma Chi Fraternity, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor’s in Advertising.

Beyond her real estate work, Nicole embraces her faith, loves baking delicious treats, staying active through running and workouts, and cherishing quality moments with her husband, baby boy and their adorable mini golden doodle, Chili—always striving to be a source of love and light in all she does.
