Nicole Calderon

Raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, Nicole has spent most of her adult life in Texas, with over 25 years in Houston. She began her real estate career in 2006, inspired by her own home search the year prior. Tapping into her previous experience in finance and advertising, where she honed her abilities in listening, analysis, creativity, and critical thinking, Nicole immediately found her niche.

Today, Nicole enjoys a position with Compass Texas, where she works with numerous top-tier real estate developers on various new construction projects from the Museum District to Tanglewood. Her involvement spans from the conception phase through sell-out of the units.

A consistent top producer and recipient of the coveted Douglas Elliman Ellie award for the state of Texas in 2022, Nicole has demonstrated that she is one of Houston's industry leaders in condominiums. Since 2020 Nicole and her team have put over $125,000,000 of real estate under contract.

In her spare time, Nicole finds happiness traveling, cooking, boating, fitness and volunteering for VICTORY, Houston, a charity raising funds for pediatric cancer research
