Nicole Cohen

Born and raised in Calabasas, Nicole brings deep roots in Los Angeles and a well-rounded understanding of its diverse communities and real estate markets. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, she has spent more than five years working alongside leading luxury real estate professionals, developing the market knowledge, attention to detail, and client-focused approach that define her work.

As Listing Manager for the Jancula Group, Nicole has worked across every stage of the real estate process, from property preparation and positioning to strategic marketing, client communication, and closing. This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the strategy and coordination behind successful transactions, allowing her to provide thoughtful guidance and clear communication throughout the process.

Having called the Westside home for the past decade, Nicole brings a strong familiarity with its neighborhoods and lifestyles, complemented by her roots in Calabasas and knowledge of the San Fernando Valley.

Before entering real estate, Nicole worked in the entertainment industry with major studios including HBO, Universal Pictures, and Sony Pictures, where she developed her expertise in client relations, project management, and high-level coordination.

Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys life in Westchester with her dogs, Winston and Fergie. She loves discovering new restaurants, taking Pilates at Pvolve, spending time at the beach with friends and family, and enjoying all that Los Angeles has to offer.
