Nicole Courtney

Nicole Courtney has recently joined Jeannette Dane, her mom, as part of The Dane Group. Jeannette Dane has been a top producing Realtor® on the S.F. Peninsula for over 20 years now. Nicole is beyond excited to not only join her mom, but to be mentored by someone like Jeannette, who carries an extensive amount of experience with successful results. In less than a year now Nicole has shown great commitment and dedication to her clients. She is there as part of her group every step of the way and makes sure to keep in contact with her clients both during and after the transaction. Nicole was born and raised in Millbrae, California. She went to St. Dunstan’s in Millbrae and was on an honor roll there. She continued on to Mills High School where she was a cheerleader and ran cross county. She continues to love dancing and running as hobbies and extra curricular activities. After high school she did a few years of community college at CSM and Grossmont College in San Diego where she studied psychology and communications. She uses all of her education and worldly experiences to benefit children. She has been working in education for almost 6 years now and makes a great impact on the lives of children and their futures. She works in both general education as an instructional assistant, and with special needs. Her students near and far always talk about the way Nicole helped them or how she made a difference in their lives. This truly makes Nicole’s heart happy when she hears this. At this time, Nicole works part time at the schools when she has the free time. She feels nurturing and guiding our future children is beyond important and hopes to continue to be a part of the education system.

Nicole prides herself on being 100% present in whatever she does in life. She is compassionate, empathetic, driven, and diligent in nature. Her resilience has always been present through her life and work with a strong background in luxury car sales, home loans, and now being part of a Realtor® group with The Dane Group. She looks forward to a long and successful career in real estate bringing all her diverse knowledge to the table, and knows that working with her mom Jeannette will not only be an amazing experience to have, but will allow for some wonderful memories for years to come. I love helping find their dream home and all parts of the journey along the way.

Nicole owns a home in El Dorado Hills, California with her husband, Ryan Courtney (a self-employed painting contractor for 23 years now). She has 3 beautiful children whom she adores. Her family is her everyday gift and she loves her family time. It means so much to her. Her oldest son, Dominic Courtney is 24 and graduating from Chico State college in May with his business finance degree. He will be interning this spring and is excited to join the job force with his degree in hand. Her daughter, Isabella Courtney (20 years old) is a sophomore at Sacramento State college where she is majoring in nursing which is also very exciting! Her son Vince is 13 and will be graduating 8th grade this spring. He’s excited to start high school and his favorite thing to do is play basketball. He currently plays on an AAU team called “All Net” and hopes to continue his dreams of playing basketball through high school and college. Nicole and her husband love to watch him compete and see him thrive in school and his sport.

Nicole hopes to continue to grow in her real estate career with her mom, Jeannette Dane, and be an essential part of The Dane Group. She will guide you through your entire transaction, and stay present through all of it. She strives to be the best in all she does and looks forward to a bright future in real estate and life with her family.

"We cannot express how incredibly pleased we were with our home sale and new home purchase facilitated by Jeanette and Nicole. From the moment we decided to relocate we received expert advice on preparing our home visually and contractually to engage in the best possible market. Timing was not in our favor just as interest rates repeatedly rose, the holiday’s approached, and the never ending rain began. Jeanette and Nicole persevered and open houses were steady, they followed up on every lead and found creative avenues portraying our home in the best light.
