Nicole is more than a real estate expert—she's a seasoned attorney, dedicated philanthropist, proud mother of three, and devoted wife to her college sweetheart, retired NFL player Billy Cundiff. With a knack for wearing many hats, Nicole thrives on keeping busy, excels in detail-oriented tasks, revels in challenges, and is endlessly motivated.
Born and raised in the esteemed Arizona Country Club neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona, Nicole embarked on her journey after graduating from Drake University. She and Billy relocated to Texas to kickstart his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys. During this time, Nicole pursued her legal studies and successfully passed the Arizona Bar exam while 7 months pregnant. Specializing in civil litigation, she delved into complex contractual and legal matters, honing her negotiating skills. Alongside her legal practice, Nicole traversed the country, educating Fortune 100 clients on pertinent legislation. While residing in Baltimore, she collaborated with a local attorney to teach a Family Law course at a private university. However, upon the arrival of her second child, Nicole made the difficult decision to step back from law practice and prioritize her growing family.
Driven by a desire to blend her legal expertise with her passion for real estate, Nicole seamlessly transitioned into the field. Today, she channels her love for teaching and real estate by mentoring aspiring agents, striving to elevate the profession's standards through integrity, empathy, and continuous learning.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nicole, along with her husband and sisters, co-founded Colleen’s Dream Foundation, a nonprofit committed to funding critical ovarian cancer research. Through their tireless efforts, they've raised and granted millions of dollars to esteemed teaching universities and research institutions, honoring Nicole's late mother, Colleen.
Nicole's clientele spans the Valley, and she prides herself on delivering exceptional service regardless of the price point. Specializing in luxury real estate, particularly in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and coveted neighborhoods like Arcadia, Biltmore, McCormick Ranch, and Gainey Ranch.
