Nicole Delahoussaye

As an Associate Broker, I’m committed to making the real estate process as straightforward and informed as possible for my clients. I believe in being honest, communicating clearly, and making sure my clients understand what’s happening throughout their transaction.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and that background has given me a strong foundation for understanding market conditions, pricing, negotiations, and the financial side of real estate.

In addition to residential real estate, my experience also includes working extensively with REO (Real Estate Owned) properties. 

Whether buying or selling, my goal is to provide my clients with the knowledge, guidance, and communication they need to navigate the real estate process with confidence and make informed decisions along the way.
