About Nicole
Nicole Eskanazy is a lifelong Long Island resident who brings strategic insight, market expertise, and a client-first approach to every transaction. Her business is built on hard work, dedication, exceptional communication, informed decision-making, and the ability to adapt seamlessly to each client’s unique needs. In an industry that is constantly evolving, Nicole evolves with it—ensuring her clients stay ahead in any market.
After graduating from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a degree in Finance, Nicole began her career in NYC in Investment Banking and then Institutional Equity Sales, developing a strong analytical foundation and negotiation skill set. Real estate, however, was always in her DNA. Having grown up immersed in the industry alongside her mother—a top-producing agent for over 30 years—joining the family business felt inevitable.
Driven, goal-oriented, analytical, and tenacious, Nicole balances her sharp business acumen with a calm, patient, and low-pressure approach. Clients consistently praise her marketing and pricing expertise, her unwavering commitment from start to finish (and well beyond the closing table), and—most importantly—her ability to truly listen and understand what they are trying to achieve. Nicole resides on the North Shore of Long Island with her husband, two children, and their fur baby, Milo. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Port Washington Education Foundation and is deeply invested in the local community.
