Nicole has grown up in the real estate business. Her mom, Rachel Farmer, is an award-winning top agent in Buckhead for more than 10 years. Rachel’s accomplishments and success have taught Nicole many things. Two of the most important are loyalty and confidentiality. These characteristics help not only build a loyal client base but also make it easier to get deals done with other agents on behalf of her clients.

Nicole was born and raised in the Buckhead area. She went to Morris Brandon Elementary School, Christ the King for middle school, and graduated high school from Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. From there, she earned a degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications with a minor in Business at the University of Mississippi.
