"Nicole was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G from start to finish. We decided to sell our home in Pittsburg and asked her to help us. She suggested that if we update the home, we would be able to sell quicker and for more. We had already purchased our new home and had plans to move out of state, so we agreed to hand the keys over to Nicole to work her magic. Nicole came in the day after we moved out, and her team got right to work. Within three weeks, she had sheetrock repair done, roof repairs done, the entire inside of the home painted, all new carpet put in and even planted some ferns in the entryway herself! She also assisted us with a good deal of junk removal/hauling, and completely demo-ed/remodeled one of the bathrooms. At first, we felt nervous about this whole process, but Nicole assured us at each step, shared photos and provided lots of updates. The schedule moved right along the timeline she had promised us, and she had the home staged and on the market right on-time. Not only did she do a phenomenal job at helping us with updating the house (we wanted to move back in after she was done!), she also did a phenomenal job at representing our home during the sale and negotiation process. We received a total of 19 offers which was quite overwhelming, but she organized them all visually and broke down the terms of each one to make them easier to compare. She helped recommend which Buyers would have the least likelihood of falling through while getting the highest possible price. She even negotiated up the chosen offer, and the final offer was much more than we were expecting - $48K more than our neighbors who had just sold the same exact floor plan!!!
