We met Nicole at one of her open houses by chance, and really glad we did! At the time we were browsing for fun while we visited Austin and had no immediate need to move. She still took the time to get to know us and kept in touch for months. We eventually were forced to move fairly quickly and she was amazing helping us find our new home! Nicole Holland began her real estate career in the Washington DC metro area and eventually migrated to working in the Austin luxury real estate market. Her passion for connecting people and careful attention to her client's needs have catered to her ability to provide excellent service in every transaction. With strong language skills, Nicole is bilingual in English and Spanish, conversational in Portuguese and Korean, and dabbles in many other languages, which is a huge asset in the two multicultural markets of Austin and the DMV.
