Nicole Holland began her real estate career in the Washington DC metro area and eventually migrated to working in the Austin luxury real estate market. Her passion for connecting people and careful attention to her client's needs have catered to her ability to provide excellent service in every transaction. With strong language skills, Nicole is bilingual in English and Spanish, conversational in Portuguese and Korean, and dabbles in many other languages, which is a huge asset in the two multicultural markets of Austin and the DMV.
Nicole’s clients value her work ethic and interpersonal skills. She understands how to patiently explain the real estate process to her clients and she is extremely adaptable. Through hard work and perseverance, she conquers everything she sets her mind to. Nicole resides in Austin with her husband, Jonathan. She is a passionate foodie and enjoys trying out new restaurants and takes pride in providing the best recommendations for her friends and clients. She dances salsa, bachata and flamenco, and does editorial modeling on the side and is an avid traveler with twenty two countries under her belt.
