Nicole became a licensed Realtor in 2017, but she’s been surrounded by Real Estate since a young age. Some of her earliest memories are looking through MLS books (yup, before everything went digital EVERYTHING was done on paper) with her mom. Together they would fantasize about who would buy what house and envision the process start to finish. And while technology has changed the house hunt for the better, Nicole’s focus has stayed the same: to find the story behind each home, client and transaction. She’s closed over 150 transactions which means that’s a lot of stories!
Nicole’s not just a successful Realtor, she also earned her Wisconsin Brokers License in 2021 - just another step toward her ultimate goal of making her clients happy. As a Broker, Nicole is known as a client whisperer with a knack for clearly understanding her buyers and sellers needs - sometimes before they even realize it themselves! Her strong communication skills and warm demeanor helps her achieve the best outcome for everyone she works with.
You might assume Nicole’s path to Real Estate was already paved before she could walk, but she actually spent 18 years working in law enforcement. And while the two might not seem connected, her past career helped her hone her skills, helping her become a detail-oriented, hands-on Realtor.
Nicole lives in Cedarburg with her husband Brent and their son and daughter. You might bump into her strolling the streets taking in live music, great food and just being an active member of the community. If she’s not out and about, she’s probably in the stands at her kids’ soccer and hockey games rooting them on. And her support for students and athletes in her community doesn’t stop there, Nicole also serves as the secretary of the Cedarburg High School Blue Line Club and is very active in various fundraising committees.
