Born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County, Nicole has been involved with the local real estate market for over 18 years representing both buyers and sellers. Her first-hand knowledge of the towns, neighborhoods and schools help her to give her clients perspective in a market that changes quickly. In addition, her knowledge of the marketplace and understanding of the buying and selling process makes her an amazing resource to her clients. In addition, Nicole is also a very active real estate investor. She has managed a number of projects where she has identified under-producing properties in key neighborhoods and used her design and construction expertise to develop the properties to their maximum market potential.

Nicole currently lives in Belvedere with her husband, two children and trusted family dog, but has lived in many different parts of San Francisco and Marin. In her spare time you can find her with her family at the dog park, lacrosse field, or at one of the many excellent cafes and restaurants in the area. In addition, she loves to travel, hike the many local trails and go to the movies.
