Nicole possesses expert knowledge in business operations, client relations, and workflow optimization. Thriving in the chaos of wearing many hats, Nicole is a key player behind the scenes in fostering pivotal growth and success for The JS Group. As Vice President of Operations, Nicole serves as Jill’s right-hand, orchestrating & game planning through strategic business development, marketing strategy, workflow optimization, and more.

In addition to her operational role, Nicole is a full-time licensed real estate broker, helping clients find their dream homes not just in Chicagoland, but nationwide. Through her extensive network of top-producing agents built over her 4+ years with Compass and 10+ years in the RE industry, Nicole connects buyers, sellers, and renters with trusted professionals across the country—offering concierge-level service wherever life may take them.

Originally from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Nicole is a self-starting, second-generation Latin-American woman with familial roots spanning from Mexico to Colombia. Born into a huge family of realtors and mortgage lenders, Nicole is well-versed in the language of people & real estate. Growing up, her family home was known for being the “party house,” where her closest friends and family would spend their holidays, birthdays, and momentous occasions together. This solidified the value of “home” for Nicole and ignited a personal passion for people, community, and real estate.

When she’s not working, Nicole can be found exploring the city with her husband and friends. She enjoys reading up on personal finance, philosophy, and spirituality, and is a passionate advocate for Scoliosis awareness and mental health awareness. In her role with The JS Group, Nicole is committed to driving excellence and affecting positive change in Chicago’s real estate landscape, guided by her unwavering dedication and relentless pursuit of success.
