Nicole Leiva is a third-generation real estate broker with over a decade of experience spanning multifamily property management, luxury apartment rentals, residential sales, and real estate operations. Known for her deep industry knowledge and people-first approach, she brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and hands-on client expertise to every transaction.

Nicole proudly operates as a licensed real estate broker with Home Collective™, a top 1% team nationwide. She specializes in buyer representation, while also working confidently with sellers, investors, and renters. With a deep understanding of Chicago neighborhoods and market dynamics, Nicole guides first-time buyers, seasoned renters, and experienced investors with clarity, confidence, and care. Through her national network, she also assists clients relocating in or out of Chicago and offers concierge-level service wherever life takes them.

Before stepping fully into brokerage, Nicole served as Vice President of Operations for one of Chicago’s top-producing real estate teams, where she helped strengthen internal systems, optimize workflows, and elevate the client experience within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working closely with leadership, she earned trust through her ability to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency behind the scenes. This unique foundation gives Nicole a distinct edge as a broker today: she understands not just how deals are done, but how great businesses are built.

Originally from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Nicole comes from a large, real-estate-rooted Latin-American family with ties to Mexico and Colombia. Growing up in a home known for bringing people together shaped her belief that real estate is ultimately about connection, community, and creating spaces where life happens.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring the city with her husband and friends, staying active through Pilates and strength training, and balancing busy days with quiet nights spent reading or with family. She values restoration, mental well-being, and building a life that feels as grounded as it is ambitious.
