Nicole Li

Nicole Li is a licensed architect and real estate broker based in Seattle, with a unique ability to bridge the worlds of design and property. As a member of the Seattle Design Review Board since 2022, Nicole brings a deep understanding of urban design, zoning, and development standards to every transaction. She is also the founder of Muzi Atelier (MuziAtelier.com), an architecture practice focused on thoughtful, human-centered design.

Born in China, raised in Toronto, and having lived in Beijing and Los Angeles before settling in Seattle, Nicole understands the meaning of finding a place to truly call home. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and brings a global perspective to her work with clients from all backgrounds.

Nicole also manages a small portfolio of rental properties in the Greater Seattle area, giving her a hands-on understanding of the market from both a design and investment lens. She knows buying or selling real estate can feel overwhelming—and is committed to making the process clearer, easier, and more informed every step of the way.
