IT'S COMMERCIAL FOR ME
How it started: As a hobbyist photographer that happened to work in the commercial construction sector and was asked to shoot progress photos for several projects. Photos of buildings wasn't in my wheelhouse and not something I was very excited about, but little did I know, one project would change the trajectory of my future. When I pulled up to the site, I saw a gorgeous 20,000 square tilt-up project with bright red steel beams that created a spectacular silhouette against a bright blue Florida sky. At that time, this type of construction was new to the industry and dramatically affected construction costs and timelines. Watching the cranes lift massive concrete panels into place quickly became a favorite pastime & solidified my love for commercial real estate.
Where it went: Working with Commercial tenants & building owners helped me identify how vital it is to have someone that is closely involved with each project, also be involved in the zoning & permitting processes. I facilitated that need by opening a permit expediting & project management business to accommodate this major gap and help mitigate delays that owners and tenants face regularly.
Why I’m a Realtor: With a large portfolio of national brands and franchises as clients, I know every detail of their projects and their real estate needs. I work tirelessly on their behalf with landlords and property owners to facilitate timelines & TI allowances. I live and breathe commercial real estate. After being licensed for over 10 years. I'm eager to help my current and future clients locate their new business locations.
