How it started … As a photographer that just happened to work in the commercial construction sector, I'll never forget the first time I shot progress photos of a tilt-up project. The steel beams created a spectacular silhouette against a bright blue Florida sky. Watching the cranes lift massive concrete panels into place quickly became a favorite pastime & solidified my love for commercial real estate.
Where it went … Working with Commercial tenants & building owners led me to identify how vital it is to have someone that is closely involved with each project, to also be involved in the zoning & permitting processes. I facilitated that need by opening a permit expediting & project management business to accommodate this game changing need.
Why I’m a Realtor … With a large portfolio of national brands and franchises as clients, I know every detail of their projects and their real estate needs. I work tirelessly on their behalf with landlords and property owners to facilitate timelines & TI allowances. I live and breathe commercial real estate. After being licensed for over 10 years. I'm eager to help my current and future clients locate their new business locations.
