"Nicole was amazing!! She helped us buy a house all the way from New York. This wasn't an easy process, but Nicole was always available phone and did whatever she could to help us make multiple offers on multiple homes. She even went so far as to take pictures and video of the homes when we couldn't be there in person. Did I mention this was our first home? We easily could have been taken advantage of, but that's not Nicole's style. She looked out for us, even when we couldn't look out for ourselves. For example, she wrote up a wonderful document to the seller explaining who we were and how eager we were to find a home for our new baby. Her generosity payed off even after we got the keys. Nicole advised us to get the home warranty and we were so glad we did because the a/c wasn't working!!
