About Nicole
Nicole J. Needham is a second-generation Bay Area native and is well-versed in Marin and Napa Valley communities, and is consistently a top producer and member of TAN with record-breaking sales. Nicole offers her clients an array of design and development experience, combined with analysis of current market trends, contract negotiation, and exclusive Compass marketing. Nicole and her team will navigate you through the process of buying your new home or selling an existing property.
Prior to real estate, Nicole was the lead marketing and merchandising analyst for an online provider of luxury perks and loyalty programs for Fortune 500 companies. She was also a nationally ranked equestrian. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of San Francisco. Her scholastic internships at UCSF and Marin General led to an ongoing dedication to philanthropy. Nicole serves as a committee member for the Woman and Children’s Health Center in San Francisco and Wishes for Wellness at the California Pacific Medical Center.
