Nicole Orefice is a Westchester-based real estate professional, licensed in both New York and Connecticut with over 15 years of industry experience. Her career has been thoughtfully shaped by a diverse background that includes commercial real estate, luxury development, and partnering with investors to successfully transform properties. A Westchester native, Nicole grew up in Armonk and now resides in West Harrison with her husband, Vinny, and their two middle school aged children, Sophia and Vinny. She is deeply embedded in the Harrison community often seen on the bleachers cheering for the Huskies and participating in community events. In addition to her real estate career, she is also a certified yoga teacher, bringing balance, focus, and a thoughtful, client-centered approach to everything she does.
