Married to a builder, and having personally taken on numerous renovations, Nicole is well versed in both new construction and remodels. She and her husband invest in fixer uppers and even involve their children in the work when they can. They are hoping their children will organically inherit a love of real estate and gain an appreciation for investing money and sweat equity into what they do. Learning through their own renovation mistakes and hardships gives Nicole a unique skillset to assist sellers with remodeling needs beyond a typical transaction.
