Nicole Plecas

Nicole spent nearly two decades in hospitality, including seven years with Hyatt. For five years, she worked under the Chairman and CEO of Hyatt Development Corporation, who was responsible for new hotel development. Here she was first exposed to large-scale commercial deals, and her passion for real estate began.

While living in West Town for nineteen years, she became versed in the communities of the North side while successfully navigating Chicago's Park District and Public Schools systems. She pursued brokerage with the goal of sharing this information with others desiring to raise families in our fabulous city. Having grown up in Burr Ridge and attended high school in LaGrange, she has extensive knowledge of the west and southwest suburbs.

Nicole graduated with a BS in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She studied in Florence, Italy, where she completed her Italian minor.
