As a rare native of Arizona, Nicole Torchia was raised in the West Valley and currently resides in Paradise Valley, allowing her to have a front-row seat and develop a genuine understanding of our real estate market as she has witnessed the expansive growth and changes over the years. Over the last ten years, she has helped her partner, a local developer, find new houses to flip, creatively brainstorm ideas for project design, and analyze potential profit margins. This intimate knowledge of the greater Phoenix housing market inspired her to become a part of the movement and a resource to others looking to buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate.
Nicole offers over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry and spent seven years immersed in the fine dining realm at Steak 44, one of the Valley’s most reputable and upscale dining establishments. The qualities learned along the way have provided her with a timeless skill set that includes impeccable communication, a keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask while exercising patience, and an unwavering commitment to providing unparalleled white-glove service to guests and clients alike. In her free time, Nicole loves spending time with her four French bulldogs, reading, and watching movies. She is a big foodie, so you can often find her dining out at one of the new restaurants that are seemingly constantly popping up around town.
