As a rare native of Arizona, Nicole Torchia was raised in the West Valley and currently resides in Paradise Valley, allowing her to have a front-row seat and develop a genuine understanding of our real estate market as she has witnessed the expansive growth and changes over the years. Nicole offers over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry and spent seven years immersed in the fine dining realm at Steak 44, one of the Valley’s most reputable and upscale dining establishments.
