Nicole Weiss

Nicole is a lifelong East End local, having grown up in Hampton Bays and Westhampton Beach. A Westhampton Beach High School graduate, she earned degrees from Penn State University and Northeastern University before launching her own successful fitness and nutrition training business. An entrepreneur at heart with a passion for health and wellness, Nicole’s desire to help others and her natural ability to connect with people have been central to her career from the very beginning.

Nicole is known for truly practicing what she preaches—both personally and professionally. She is intrinsically motivated, dedicated, and guided by strong morals and professionalism. Her businesses have always been built on a foundation of responsibility, character, and trustworthiness.

With this strong foundation, Nicole expanded into the real estate industry, where she now brings over 10 years of experience serving clients across the East End. Throughout her real estate career, she has built a reputation as an honest, knowledgeable, and client-focused professional who consistently keeps her clients’ best interests at the forefront. Her background as a business owner has proven invaluable, providing her with strengths in marketing, advertising, negotiation, and exceptional customer service.

In addition to residential real estate, Nicole has hands-on experience launching and servicing a new development project, working closely with developers and buyers from initial marketing through successful sales and ongoing client relations. This experience has further strengthened her ability to manage complex transactions, coordinate multiple parties, and deliver a seamless experience for her clients.

Nicole and her husband—both Westhampton Beach High School graduates—are now raising their children in the community they know and love. When she’s not working, Nicole continues to embrace her passion for health, wellness, and the outdoors. You’ll often find her on her road bike, paddleboarding, or enjoying the beach with family and friends year-round.
