Nicolette Finizio

Nicolette is a residential real estate professional serving the Tampa Bay area. A native of South Florida, she graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing. From there, Nicolette spent years navigating the fast-paced markets of New York City and Nashville, and lived abroad in Barcelona, before returning to Florida to plant roots in Tampa.

During her time in these high-growth cities, Nicolette developed a versatile real estate background ranging from pop-up retail and commercial leasing to short-term office sales. Most recently, she has been managing her own investment properties alongside a family portfolio of residential, commercial, and vacation rentals. This diverse experience gives her a unique "owner’s perspective" when identifying value and opportunities for her clients.

Nicolette’s deep understanding of marketing and market trends is paired with a highly refined approach to communication. As a Dale Carnegie graduate, experienced Toastmaster, and former student of New York City’s PIT improv, she possesses a rare knack for negotiation and interpersonal dynamics. Her ability to think on her feet and connect with people ensures that she remains a steady, effective advocate for her clients, always finding creative ways to get the deal done.

Now settled in Tampa to be closer to family, Nicolette is an active member of the community. Outside of real estate, she is a conversational Spanish speaker who enjoys traveling, attending local fitness classes, and spending quality time with her family.
