About Nicollette
After a career in fine art in San Francisco and New York City working for some of the most prestigious contemporary art galleries in the world such as David Zwirner and Pace, Nicollette Eason Trottier and her returned home to the Monterey Peninsula to raise her two sons. Real estate was a natural career shift for Nicollette, a fifth-generation resident of the Monterey Peninsula. As an agent, she offers her clients the same uncompromising ethical standards, open communication, and exceptional customer service that she was known for in the art world.

Nicollette is a thoughtful yet fierce advocate who works with everyone from first-time buyers and seasoned homeowners to investors and buyers looking for the perfect vacation home. Her expertise in Monterey County real estate, combined with up-to-date market knowledge, ensures that every client can win, whether their goal is to enjoy the Central Coast in the home of their dreams or to sell at top dollar. Outside of real estate, Nicollette’s passion is supporting the arts and history. She serves on the board of the Monterey State Historic Park Association (MSHPA), whose mission is to preserve the historic buildings and places of cultural significance located within the Monterey State Historic Park in the heart of historic old Monterey. At home, Nicollette enjoys collecting and living with art, working in her garden, and all things design related. She loves to explore the natural beauty of the Monterey Peninsula with her boys and their terrier.
