Nigel's experience working with local congregations and spiritual communities has also informed his current role at Compass in a variety of ways. An Ordained Interfaith Minister since 2005, his pastoral duties supply him in addition to his exceptional technical and organizational skills, a caring approach to his clients' request and interactions, and an overall understanding that buying or selling a home is not only a business transaction but a sacred venture.

Nigel has held a wide range of appointments and affiliations in the community, he has served on the board of directors for ITAC, Samaritan Health Services, The Lighthouse Inc., and The Make-A-Wish Foundation.
