Joe Conzonire

Joe is a dedicated and passionate realtor. His journey into real estate was fueled by the true satisfaction of witnessing people's joy as they bought or sold their homes. As an advisor and advocate, Joe understands how important it is to properly represent his clients in what is often their largest investment.

Joe holds both a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from University of Southern California. His education has laid a solid foundation for his real estate career, complementing his hands-on experience in acquisition and development within the commercial property sector.

Joe’s ability to genuinely connect with people and understand their unique needs sets him apart from his peers. His strong work ethic, reliable nature, and straightforward communication skills have earned him a reputation for excellence. Joe has a strong understanding of architecturally remarkable luxury homes and takes pride in his diverse knowledge of the neighborhoods in Newport Beach and Laguna.

His career highlights include working with The Chang Group, founding agents of Compass Pasadena. Currently, he is a proud member of the Maura Short Real Estate Group, a founding Compass agent in Newport Beach.

As part of the Balboa Peninsula Point Association, Joe is an active community member and enjoys playing pickleball, guitar and volunteering at The Huntington Library as a European Art Docent in his spare time. With three children, including the youngest who matriculated through the Newport-Mesa Unified School District, Joe esteems family life. He aims to continue providing exceptional value to the residents of Orange County's coastal communities, solidifying his objective as a trusted real estate advisor.
