Nikita Abbaspour brings a powerful and rare combination of skills to The Karla Dorsey Team — 15 years as a marketing and communications executive, paired with 5 years of hands-on real estate investment experience alongside her husband. She knows firsthand that buying or selling a home is as much about strategy, presentation, and communication as it is about the property itself, and she puts that expertise to work for every client she serves.

Nikita's path to St. Pete is one for the books — she arrived in Florida behind the wheel of the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile, her home on wheels fresh out of the University of Texas at Austin. She took one look at St. Pete and never left. Fifteen years later, she is deeply rooted in the community and passionate about everything that makes it one of Florida's most vibrant cities — the arts, the culture, the food, and most of all, the people.

Nikita lives in Feather Sound with her husband of 10 years and their three children: Aliyeh, 8, a competitive dancer with a love of books; Aryan, 7, a hockey player and dedicated Pokémon trainer; and Amari, 3, who keeps everyone on their toes with soccer and Baby Shark.
