Nikki Hochstein

A Santa Monica resident for over 20 years, Nikki Hochstein's real-estate expertise in the Santa Monica and Westside areas including Malibu is unparalleled. She has been a Real-Estate agent for 15 years specializing in the sale of Westside properties from condos to luxury estates. Nikki holds a California Real-Estate license and is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Real-Estate. She received her bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington where she focused on marketing and international business. After several years of working in marketing for large corporations (CBS, Homeshopping Network and Cinesite), Nikki decided to apply those strategies to her own business. Residential real-estate was a natural fit as she is a second generation real estate entrepreneur.

She has won “Woman of the Year” by the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society for her fund-raising efforts. When she is not working, you will most often find her running/hiking in the Santa Monica mountains with her family or on a yoga mat!
