Nikki Hutcheson

Born on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii, and raised in Manhattan Beach, Nikki has called Los Angeles her home for over 13 years. Her passion for all things home, design, construction, and architecture is deep-rooted, with a familial background in both real estate and interior design.

Nikki holds a B.A. in Communications from The University of California, Santa Barbara. She began her career in journalism and digital advertising before transitioning into her current role as an Associate Partner & Marketing Director for The Grether Group, a top-producing Malibu real estate team with over $1 billion in sales volume.

Specializing in Malibu, West Los Angeles, South Bay, and beyond, Nikki prides herself on providing personalized attention to her clients and cultivating long-lasting relationships with each one. Known for her tenacity, trustworthiness, organization, and reliability, Nikki takes the time to truly understand each client’s vision, tailoring her approach to fit their needs and navigating every step with clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and unwavering follow-through.

Now based in Marina Del Rey, Nikki is happiest by the ocean. You can often find her at the beach, traveling, spending time with friends (and their dogs), and exploring the best new restaurants in the city.
