Nikki Kilmer

Nikki is a California native who grew up in a suburban desert community outside of Los Angeles. Enamored with the energy and creativity found in L.A., Nikki made the move and became an Angeleno in 2010. Being a people person at heart, she thrives around others and is always up for a new adventure. Whether it be a natural wine bar, late-night dance party, or a street side taco stand, Nikki knows the hip and hidden LA spots that’ll make anyone feel like a local.

Nikki’s background is in leadership and coaching which has been an immense asset to her real estate career. The buying and selling process is an extremely personal experience and can be very overwhelming. Her passion for connection paired with her ability to quickly forge relationships has resulted in manageable and approachable strategies for each one of her clients. Nikki’s natural eye for design and space benefits clients who are looking to reimagine a space for the market and helps those see the potential in a prospective property.

Nikki resides in Highland Park with her partner, two dogs, and a very entertaining cat named Audrey. When not helping her clients buy or sell their spot, Nikki can be found under a disco ball, at the park with her Golden Retriever Marty, or posted up in the desert with her vintage trailer.
