Niko Scott

A lifelong New Yorker Niko Scott offers an intimate knowledge of the real estate market. Throughout his life as a New Yorker he has lived in many neighborhoods throughout all of Manhattan from the Upper West Side to the Lower East Side. During his career as a Salesperson he has been able to help clients broaden their awareness of emerging neighborhoods. Having a pulse on the city allows him to give a unique perspective and analysis when working with buyers, sellers and renters.

After graduating from Columbia University, Niko played professional basketball for two years, one in London, U.K. and the other in Madrid, Spain. His rigorous responsibilities as an Ivy League student-athlete provided a base for his committed work ethic with his clients. While a student Niko also gained some intrical work experience at the N.B.A.'s Team Marketing and Business Operations as well as Columbia University Real Estate and Facilities. "Living overseas allowed me to expand my life culturally and it also gave me a deeper appreciation of how much I admire New York's unique qualities that make it such an amazing place to call home!"

A very diligent worker, Niko prides himself on keeping his clients well informed with communication being central.
