Originally from Ohio, Jessica Meschko graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In 2004, shortly after graduation, she made the move to Naples, Florida. Jessica spent several years in the publishing industry as a Director of Sales for a multi-media company. Driven by her longstanding interest in the housing market and a strong desire to help others, she transitioned to real estate in Southwest Florida in 2014.

Jessica initially worked in New Construction Sales, representing Southwest Florida’s largest builder in the Naples/Bonita Area. Her hard work ethic, dedication to her clients' needs, enthusiasm for the sales process, extensive industry contacts, and in-depth market knowledge have all contributed to her success. Jessica is now the residential expert for the Mariner Group, where she focuses on providing white-glove service to each client throughout the real estate process.

In 2020, Jessica and her husband Doug established the Mariner Group of Naples—a real estate team dedicated to offering top-level service and expertise in both the residential and commercial segments of real estate. With over $950 million in team sales, the Mariner Group has achieved remarkable success.
