About Nikole
Niki started her real estate career back in 1996 in Atlanta, GA. She started out in new home sales for a couple years selling out two subdivisions. Eventually, she moved on to becoming a buyer’s agent for one of the top teams in Atlanta. That is where she was mentored by one of the top agents in Georgia and learned what it took to be successful in real estate. She was able to take her junior tennis career and apply her drive and dedication to the industry with many years of success.
After 9 years in Atlanta, she was summoned to SW Florida by her parents to migrate down because of the market. The year was 2005 and Florida was crazy! The market was hot. She sold new homes for 2 years in North Port and then in 2007 it was like the water faucet was turned off and the market crashed. So, Niki moved down to Cape Coral and moved back in with her parents with the intention to go back to college to finish her degree. But that is where she had an encounter with Mike Darda and picked his brain and decided to get back in real estate and work the short sales and foreclosures. What a great decision that was! She found a niche and worked it. With those years she ended up with many loyal customers. Because of her nurturing nature and going above and beyond for them she created a great referral business.
Now with the ever-changing market it is like full circle, now at the Darda Group! How funny is that, Mike was the one that made her change her mind and get back in the business. She wonders where she would be if she did not have that chance meeting with Mike. Niki prides herself as going above and beyond for her clients and is always learning so she can help her clients to the fullest.
