"We found our ideal home, thanks to Nina!! We started our house-hunting in Collin county (Mckinney - Frisco - Plano) area with a tall list of specification for our ideal home. I worked with two or three different agents before Nina who mostly tried to impress on us homes that they felt we should buy, rather than trying to understand our what we needed in a home. With Nina the home search process was lot different - she focused on understanding our requirements, what mattered the most to us, what our constraints were and she added to the list things that added market appeal to a house.
