About Nina
Nina Budek was born and raised in beautiful Poland in the historic city of Krakow. Nina has grown up with real estate in her genes. Her father is a successful residential and commercial developer. Nina was fortunate to gain her earliest experience in real estate by performing stagings and showings for her father’s properties. She has worked for many years in her family business on all stages of real estate development, including design, construction, sales, and maintenance.
Just over ten years ago, Nina decided to take a leap of faith and move to the U.S. She first moved for a year to Chicago because of the large Polish population but after she visited Los Angeles she knew that it will be her home.
Nina fell in love with the City of Angels from Day One, finding beauty in all of the unique communities and people that make up our city and she decided to move there. As any Angeleno knows, the world-class dining, shopping and access to culture are unparalleled.
Nina prides herself on bringing to the table an international and cosmopolitan view, allowing her to connect with people from all walks of life. This is underscored by her natural creativity, in light of her history in modeling, acting, dancing, and the performing arts. These are qualities which make Nina a strong asset to anyone in real estate, because these are talents that cannot be learned in school.
Nina is an open and creative person. Her hobbies include doing anything creative, including interior decorating, exploring neighborhoods in Los Angeles, trying new things, following trends in the real estate and larger global market, and of course, spending time with her family.
She is very excited to help real estate buyers and sellers accomplish their goals.
