"We came across the property on Sandlalwood by mistake without even planing on placing an offer. My wife fell inlove with the property instantly! We didnt work with an agent- We had the pleasure of meeting Nina who also represented the seller on the property. Nina was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable we clicked instantly! we decided to have Nina represnt us and guess what! we had our offer accpeted within 24 hours! Buying a is probably one of the most important decisons of your life. it can be stressful and nerve racking and communication is a key! Nina kept us in the loop every single day! it was a relief to have such a k knowledgable representative on our side and even though she represented both us and the seller she treated both of us fairly and respectfully! the transaction was so smooth we were able to close within less than 30 days! Amazing experience! im happy to say that by the end of our closing we gained Nina as a friend as well. we will definitely turn to Nina for any of our future real estate needs. Thank you Nina for helping us buy our dream home!"
"Nina assisted my husband and I during our first home-buying experience. As anyone can probably understand, treading such uncharted waters was incredibly scary for the both of us, but with Nina's assistance, determination and incredible support, we got through it unscathed and found our dream home. In a highly competitive market, we were fortunate to have such a strong force leading our team.
Nina also has a wonderful network of people at her disposal. From lenders to appraisers to foundation specialists, we did our due diligence to find she only works with the best! We feel very lucky to have fallen into her web of wonders!
Thank you for everything, Nina!
"Nina helped us rent our condo to some wonderful tenants. Her knowledge of the process was excellent, she was super responsive, and she helped us manage this complex transaction from two states away. She was able to give advice across a broad spectrum, from evaluating our tenants' creditworthiness to helping us decide the extent of our "make ready" work. She knows the area very well, her market analysis was always spot-on, and her reports and materials were always thorough and polished. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.
"Nina has an excellent fund of knowledge and experience in Topanga. She is always enthusiastic and meet every challenge with persistence, intelligence, and calm. Extremely hard working, reliable, and motivated. I highly recommend her to anyone."
"Nina is a real bulldog who will fight hard and won't let go before a deal is reached. In fact, I had to ask her to back down when I thought she was being too aggressive with her negotiating skills. Nina knew the market in Los Angeles and could have commanded a higher price than I instructed her to settle for. I definitely want her on my side before entering any transaction. Highly recommend her services."
