After moving to Boulder in 2002, Nina Mooney quickly fell in love with the community, lifestyle, and natural beauty that make the area so special. That connection to Boulder eventually led her to a career in real estate, where she has spent the past 10 years helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest transitions with confidence and clarity.

Nina is known for her thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and no-pressure approach. She believes in educating her clients through every step of the process—from exploring the market and preparing a home for sale to negotiating and closing—so they feel informed, supported, and empowered along the way. Outside of real estate, Nina is an avid hiker and pickleball enthusiast. Her love for the outdoors is complemented by her "birder by default" status, thanks to her husband, a top local amateur birder. Together, they raised their two children in the heart of Boulder, where they enjoy the company of their sweet old dog.
