Nina Shepherd

Nina discovered her passion for real estate when she interned with a broker during her sophomore summer in high school and realized she had found her future career. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in sociology, she was delighted to begin her career with the Sandak Team. Together, members of the team have over 20 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, renters and landlords throughout New York City.

Nina is passionate about finding you the perfect place to live and she aims to do so in a way that is both positive and enjoyable. She believes that thoroughly understanding her clients' needs, working tirelessly to meet those needs and being honest and candid throughout the process is the best way to accomplish those goals.

Nina loves both history and architecture, so she appreciates the unique details of each property and enjoys educating her clients about what makes a particular home or neighborhood special. When she isn't working, Nina continues to pursue those interests by exploring different neighborhoods and sampling all of the delicious cuisines New York has to offer. She also believes in giving back to her community and has spent time volunteering with several organizations working to end homelessness.
