Nisha is a lifelong hotelier who transitioned her extensive experience in the hotel industry to residential real estate after the sale of her remaining hotel asset in Monterey Bay which she owned for over 25 years. Her 25+ years of experience in contract negotiations with successful transactions, marketing and networking has helped her grow her expansive network and enable others to achieve their goals. Nisha is personable yet driven and you can always count on her to get the job done. She serves as an ambassador in a variety of associations connected to high net worth individuals and the ability to tap into her expansive network is the key to helping homeowners find the perfect buyer.
