Nisha Patel

Nisha is a lifelong hotelier who transitioned her extensive experience in the hotel industry to residential real estate after the sale of her remaining hotel asset in Monterey Bay which she owned for over 25 years. 

Her 25+ years of experience in contract negotiations with successful transactions, marketing and networking has helped her grow her expansive network and enable others to achieve their goals. Nisha is personable yet driven and you can always count on her to get the job done.

Nisha joined the Palo Alto Compass team due to their family-like culture, world wide exposure and best in class suite of technology tools. She is excited to connect with clients on a more personal level in residential real estate to help achieve their goals in selling and purchasing homes.

On her free time Nisha loves to cook cuisines from around the world for her network alongside her sous chef, a white labrador named Tofu. Tofu knows exactly where to stand to catch any scraps which may fall.
