Born and raised in New Jersey, Nita has been an active member of the Hoboken community since 2015, and in 2020 she turned that community focus toward real estate.

With her entrepreneurial corporate background of +16 years in the Fashion/Retail industry managing international product strategy & sales for various global companies, Nita is able to manage multiple priorities and thrives in the fast-moving real estate environment- all while forming strong organic relationships with her clients and guiding them in transactions with care and confidence. Nita continues to leverage her attention to detail and experience of analyzing consumer behavior to exceed her client’s expectations.

When Nita isn’t making home dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys serving as an active board member of St. Mary Advocates, Inc. Passionate about the environment and sustainability, Nita is also a community relief advocate & volunteer.
