Noa is a dedicated REALTOR® on the Kelly Moye Team, the #1 team at Compass in 2024.  A proud Colorado native, he was inspired to pursue real estate by his Auntie, a top-producing agent in Honolulu whose legacy left a lasting impression on him. Growing up around the business and seeing the life-changing impact of homeownership sparked a desire to help others achieve the same stability, freedom, and long-term wealth.

Before entering real estate, Noa co-founded the landscaping division of an exterior renovation company, where he gained hands-on experience in everything from roofing and siding to hardscape design. That foundation gave him a sharp understanding of a home’s structure and the importance of quality craftsmanship. Combined with his background in sales and project management, he brings a results-driven approach that’s balanced with genuine care and clear communication. Thus, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate every step of the journey with confidence.

Outside of work, Noa leads a vibrant and well-rounded life. A former Division I student-athlete, he now gives back by coaching youth football, enjoys staying active in the gym, and finds joy in cooking meals for friends and family. Known for his upbeat energy, natural ability to connect, and true love for helping others succeed, Noa is committed to creating a real estate experience that feels not only seamless, but truly memorable.
