Noah Butterfield

Born and raised in Cape May Court House, Noah has deep roots in the South Jersey community he is proud to call home. After graduating from Middle Township High School, Noah earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from West Virginia University, where he served as President of the Snowboard Club and was a member of the Student Leadership Organization.

Having lived in the area his entire life and currently residing in Avalon, Noah has a unique understanding of both the mainland and the island communities. His local knowledge, combined with his background in marketing, gives him a valuable perspective when helping clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

Noah prides himself on his integrity, patience, and strong work ethic. His service-oriented approach, listening skills, and positive attitude allow him to build lasting relationships and provide his clients with a personalized real estate experience from start to finish.
