Noah Meltzer

Noah Meltzer lives in the same Art Deco building in the East Village where his great-great-grandmother and her family first moved in 1936. This multigenerational connection to New York City has shaped his appreciation for its architecture, history, and the stories behind its buildings. The son and grandson of architects, Noah has a lifelong interest in design and the built environment. He believes that finding a home in New York is about more than finding the right space; it's an opportunity to become part of the city's rich and evolving history.

Noah has participated in nearly $25 million in real estate transactions, with experience spanning traditional resales and new development sponsor sales. He combines a discerning eye for design with a practical understanding of the market, helping clients navigate the complexities of New York real estate with confidence and excitement. Whether working with first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners, Noah considers not just the home itself, but how its location, neighborhood, and character can enrich his clients' everyday lives.

Outside of real estate, Noah is an actor and filmmaker who has developed work at PAC NYC, The Public, and NYTW, among others. He holds a BFA from the University of Michigan's Musical Theatre Department.
