"Get it right the first time with Noahā¦ My wife and I were looking to sell our home, and we reached out to 2 different Realtors. The first estimated the value of our home to be well below our own estimates. We then reached out to Noah as he had a listing that recently sold in our area at a much higher price per square foot.
