About Noel
A third-generation New Yorker, Noel brings creativity, discretion, and deep local insight to every client relationship. Raised on the Upper East Side, over a decade in the West Village, and now sixteen years in Brooklyn raising his two daughters, he knows New York not just by its neighborhoods—but by its people, rhythm, and constant evolution.
Before joining Compass, Noel spent over 30 years as an executive in the music industry, holding senior roles at Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Beats by Dre, and CBS Radio, and later founding Grey Matter Music, where he crafted multimillion dollar partnerships between global brands and top-tier artists.
A self-described melomaniac (look it up), Noel earned a reputation as a trusted advocate for the talent he represented—always focused on their best interests, clear communication, and meaningful results. That same client-first philosophy now defines his approach to real estate, helping clients find homes and investments that truly inspire.
Family is Noel’s number one priority, and he spends as much quality time as possible with his two teenage daughters. A lifelong music lover who studied music at Bennington College, Noel still feels most at home at one of New York’s incredible clubs or venues, taking in a live show. When he’s not immersed in music, he’s likely cheering on the Knicks, in the gym, outdoors hiking, or chauffeuring his kids around NYC. A devoted tennis fan, he’s attended the US Open every year since childhood. He’s also a collector of vintage concert posters and iconic music photography.
