"Noemi, thank you for all your help, support and expert negotiations throughout our stay at 100 West 58th Street. We appreciate all you’ve done for us! "

"Dear Noemi, thank you so much for helping us secure our first ever “nest”. You are a magician with real estate deals! You helped guide us through some tough moments, always with our very best interests at heart! It’s a pleasure to work with someone who understands the big picture, yet can handle the day-to-day with seemingly such ease, and we know it’s not easy always. Best of luck, your biggest fans, Michael and Ian."

"I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to you regarding my recent purchase in The Petersfield. Not only were you instrumental in the process, but very helpful at the beginning and in the end and handled all the details in between. Because of this, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Your professionalism and attention to details is unsurpassed. "

"I met lots of brokers as I looked at open houses in NYC on my own for a while but didn’t choose to work with one until I met Noemi. She immediately stood out as being honest, knowledgeable, kind and experienced, so I chose to work with her to find my first apartment to buy. I’m so glad I did! Navigating the co-op purchasing process in NYC is daunting to say the least, and as a first time buyer, it was crucial to have someone help guide me through it and provide advice along the way. Noemi was so easy to work with, she had great insights into the market as well as into the purchase process and was responsive and helpful at every step. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly, and when a few difficulties arose along the way, she went above and beyond to bring it to final closing."

"My daughter Megan relocated from Richmond, Virginia for a new job in New York City. Needless to say her dad and I were excited but also nervous about the move. Megan decided Brooklyn would be the best place for her, as she had several friends who were currently living there. My brother-in-law referred Megan to a real estate firm, where we were fortunate to have Noemi Bitterman as her agent. Noemi was able to find apartments in the areas where Megan had shown interest. Noemi found the perfect apartment for Megan on the second day. The location is perfect, safe and provides the amenities that were important to Megan. "
