Noemi Flores

With two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Noemi Flores combines an analytical approach, deep knowledge of the San Diego market, and firsthand experience navigating changing market conditions to help her clients make informed real estate decisions and achieve their long-term goals.

Noemi holds a degree in Economics from UCLA and is fluent in English and Spanish. As a native San Diegan, she brings an in-depth understanding of San Diego’s diverse neighborhoods, communities, and investment opportunities—an especially valuable resource for clients relocating to the area or moving from one neighborhood to another.

Apart from her specialty in investment properties, Noemi also has a strong specialty in helping buyers navigate down payment assistance programs and homeownership opportunities. In 2026 alone, she has helped clients secure nearly $1 million in down payment assistance through available programs. She has successfully helped clients qualify for and utilize one of California’s largest down payment assistance programs every time it has been offered—three consecutive times. Her experience allows her to help buyers understand available resources, prepare strategically, and navigate the homebuying process with greater confidence.

Noemi has experience navigating a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential purchases and sales, short sales, investment properties, and more complex transactions. She has a particular interest in identifying properties with value-add potential, including opportunities for ADUs, multi-unit properties, house hacking, and short-term rental strategies. Her diverse real estate and business background also includes purchasing and selling businesses, negotiating commercial leases, and successfully establishing and operating short-term rentals in San Diego. She draws on these experiences to help clients evaluate not only a property’s immediate value, but also its potential to support their long-term financial goals.

Noemi is also a real estate educator and speaker. She has presented to an audience of more than 900 attendees at one of the largest Latina women’s conferences in the United States, where she shared strategies for purchasing San Diego properties, real estate investing, and using short-term rentals as a potential strategy for offsetting homeownership costs. Her passion for education extends to helping buyers understand the opportunities and responsibilities that come with homeownership and real estate investing.

Beyond her work in real estate, Noemi served on the Foundation Board for the San Diego Boys & Girls Club, supporting organizations that create meaningful opportunities for disadvantaged youth throughout the community.

Outside of work, Noemi enjoys taking advantage of San Diego’s beautiful weather with her two children and little dog, whether at the beach, in the park, or on one of the city’s many hiking trails. She also loves experimenting with new recipes, perfecting her mom’s salsa, and, naturally, enjoying a little salsa dancing whenever the opportunity arises.
