Lisa Dorcich

A native of the Bay Area, Realtor® Lisa Dorcich was literally born into real estate, to a father who worked as a contractor and developer and a mother who was an agent. She developed a passion for the industry at a young age while visiting construction sites and discovering the satisfaction of seeing a development project come to fruition. Lisa’s extensive real estate background is evident in her current role as team coordinator, where she offers Silicon Valley area buyers and sellers a wealth of local market knowledge as well as transaction expertise. With a reputation for loyalty, empathy, and honesty, she is driven to help her clients achieve their goals while offering the best possible customer service throughout the process.

While earning a degree in business management from San Jose State University, Lisa worked as a transaction coordinator, gaining experience that would lead to her future career as a Realtor®. Upon graduating, she worked for several years for a leading Bay Area real estate company where she completed hundreds of successful transactions. Lisa then embarked on a fast-paced career in tech as an administrator in software engineering for Apple, where she honed her excellent organizational and multitasking skills. After taking time off to spend time with her newborn son, she returned to her first love, real estate, and has worked full-time as a Realtor® and transaction coordinator since 2017.

Now based in Gilroy, Lisa spends her free time with her 3-year-old son, 1.5-year-old daughter, and husband, and enjoys traveling to Tahoe whenever she can to ski in the winter and go boating in the summer. She also loves exercising, hiking, baking, and tackling DIY projects.
